The NeuSprue® tree fixture is fully adjustable, offering a 360° rotation and tilt for optimal visibility and access. It can be placed on any surface or permanently mounted using the base’s mounting holes. Designed for use with the NeuSprue® base and tree wax system.
NEUSPRUE UNIVERSAL TREE FIXTURE
The NeuSprue® sprue and base assembly, designed for 3″ flasks, ensures precise metal control in Neutec® Flowlogic® casting machines. Its screw-on design prevents floating trees, while the lift-off base protects the wax tree and prevents debris. Compatible with Neutec and most other lost-wax casting machines. Includes a rubber base and threaded plastic holder.
NEUSPRUE TREE
NeuSprue® wax sprues improve metal flow and pattern fill with a specially designed tip and tapered shaft, reducing turbulence for better casting results. Its formula ensures cleaner surfaces and higher-quality castings. When used with the NeuSprue base assembly, it reduces rejects and prevents floating trees, while eliminating common defects for improved fill rates.
STICKY WAX BEADS
Sticky-Wax pellets provide superior bonding strength for joining different wax types, melting and setting quickly to fill fine lines and minor defects. Perfect for treeing, they ensure a smooth transition from main sprue to pattern sprue. For best adhesion, use at 199°–224°F (93°–107°C).
