Asiga Freedom PRO2 50 / PRO 75 / PICO 2

High Volume Digital Production The Asiga PRO2 series of professional 3D printers offer speed, high-resolution and reliability on demanding production environments.

Slide and Separate Technology

Asiga's proprietary Slide and Separate (SAS TM) technology breaks new ground in the Freedom PRO2, allowing a large build area whilst maintaining the lowest fabrication forces of any upside-down historiography system. The result is minimal support structures and reliable accuracy of demanding direct manufacturing applications.

Widest Material Capability

SAS technology and Open Material system permits the widest material processing capability of any 3D printer in its class. Wax polymers for investment casting, bio compatible polymers for prosthetics, and tough plastics for durable functional parts are available.

385nm UV Option

With the option of a 385nm LED a wide range of bio-compatible materials are now available

Brush less Servo Precision

Closed-loop brush less servo control of the Z-axis permits arbitrary resolution in 1 micron increments with 200 nanometre resolution and repeatable performance in any environment.

Internal Radiometer

An internal radiometer for automatic calibration of the light source ensures long-term reliability and low-maintenance.

Full Parameter Control

All build parameters are editable by the user, making the PRO the most flexible system for the demanding production, research and development applications. Composer software included.

Pico 2

The World's most Advanced 3D Printer. The future in desktop additive manufacturing, the PICO 2 offers exceptional performance, effortless usability all within a compact package

Wifi and ethernet connectivity for seamless workspace integration.
Greater user convenience in the form of a touch screen display with real-time print progress indicators visible on screen Asiga's revolutionary SAS™ process achieves the lowest fabrication forces of any upside-down stereolithography system, resulting in minimal support structures and extraordinary accuracy With Asiga's precision material options and the option to use materials from third party manufacturers the PICO 2 is versatile and adaptive in this ever expanding industry Single-Point calibration and efficient material change-over, all done in under 60 seconds for the ultimate in simplistic user experience Precise and detailed Jewelry resolution with excellent jewelry specific materials including direct-casting waxes, RTV patterns and now hight temperature materials for vulcanized rubber moulds
